Tumory na ruce postihuj\u00ed jak m\u011bkk\u00e9 tk\u00e1n\u011b, tak kostn\u00ed struktury.<\/p>\n<h3>P\u0159\u00edznaky<\/h3>\n<p>Otok, bolestivost, zdu\u0159en\u00ed v m\u00edst\u011b posti\u017een\u00ed tumorem. P\u0159i posti\u017een\u00ed kosti m\u016f\u017ee doj\u00edt (vlivem jej\u00edho oslaben\u00ed) ke zlomenin\u011b.<\/p>\n<h3>Diagnosa a l\u00e9\u010dba<\/h3>\n<p>Klinickou diagnosu event potvrzujeme RTG vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00edm \u010di ultrazvukem, event. CT \u010di NMR. Dle dopl\u0148uj\u00edc\u00edch vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00edch se rozhodujeme o vhodnosti opera\u010dn\u00ed l\u00e9\u010dby, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 za c\u00edl odn\u011bt\u00ed n\u00e1doru a jeho vy\u0161et\u0159en\u00ed mikroskopick\u00e9. P\u0159i posti\u017een\u00ed kosti je vhodn\u00e9 tuto doplnit kostn\u00edm \u0161t\u011bpem.<\/p>\n<p>Nej\u010dast\u011bj\u0161\u00edm tumorem m\u011bkk\u00fdch tk\u00e1n\u00ed je ganglion jako\u017eto n\u00e1dor\u016fm podobn\u00e1 afekce.
